Mike Hatcher is a geologist with nearly 40 years experience in exploration, mine geology and project development in Australia, USA and Africa. From 1992-2008 he held senior management positions with Newmont Mining Ltd (formerly Normandy Mining Ltd) including 4years as Director of Geology in West Africa. He has had exploration success and operating experience in a range of commodities from lithium, tantalum and niobium to gold and copper.

Mr Bollenhagen is a geologist with 14 years industry experience in gold, base metals and iron ore exploration in Australia and overseas.
Wade's expertise working for gold, iron ore and base metal mining and exploration companies will enable Archer Exploration to fast-track delineation of the mineral potential of the company's projects.
